  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable


Once we review your request, we will work with you to find the best possible solution.


Important Information

  • Requests submitted after the 48-hour window may not qualify for replacement or store assistance.
  • Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.
